After that, look at your active orders on your account’s profile. A button to cancel the active eligible orders would be available to you. Click that to confirm your decision to cancel. Please be advised that after your purchase has been processed by our staff, it cannot be cancelled. If you do not want the products, however, you can refuse to accept delivery.

What is your policy on cancellations?
